1 Quart = 64 Tablespoons (4 Cups)

At max adult dosage, 1 Quart will last 8 days.

All items will be shipped via USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail.  Orders received by 2pm CST will be shipped the next business day (No orders will be shipped Friday-Sunday to protect the integrity of the product).

For those with dairy allergies, Bravo Suppositories and Nondairy Bravo offer an alternative.  They are used every five (5) days on average.
